Reliance Gear specializes in Spiral Bevel gears up to 33" in diameter with equipment that can produce, verify and chart through AGMA Class 13. We have the latest machines to produce the "cut" gear using CNC 6-axis Gleason Phoenix Generators. Our CNC Gleason 463 Gear Grinders produce the spacing and surface finishes that AGMA Class 13 tolerances demand.

By being directly connected to Gleason Works, our set-up men have the very latest technological assistance and summaries at their fingertips. We also produce Straight, Coniflex, Hypoid and Zerol bevel gears. Our parallel axis capabilities go up to 26" and include Spurs, Helicals, Splines, Worms and Worm Gears.

The Engineering Department is equipped with the latest AutoCAD and UTS Gear Analysis software. Our Quality Department, featuring state of the art Hofler and Brown and Sharpe CNC Gear Inspection equipment is capable of determining unknown specifications. This combination allows us to create modern quality gears from virtually any samples you can provide.
