Our parallel axis gear cutting capabilities include internal and external spur, helical and spline shaping and hobbing ranging in size from 120 DP fine pitch up to 26" PD. We produce worms (ground or milled) and worm gears, cluster gears, chain and belt timing sprockets to your specifications.

We produce, catalog and maintain our own rigid tooling to assure that
the highest degree of accuracy is maintained. These extensive tool records,
more often than not, allow us to use existing arbors and fixtures, reducing
or eliminating start up charges.
